1. Return Period
Customers may request a return or exchange within 20 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be in its original condition (unused, undamaged, and in original packaging).
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided.
- Products that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or installation are not eligible.
3. Exchange Policy (No Cash Refunds)
- We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
- Eligible returns will be processed as an exchange for another product of equal value.
- If the new item has a higher value, the customer will be required to pay the difference.
4. Processing Time
- All approved returns and exchanges will be processed within 1 to 7 business days after inspection and approval.
5. Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items that have been used, installed, or altered
- Special-order or customized products
- Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will assess the issue and offer a replacement where applicable.
